The Campus of the Sciences and Medicine is just outside the ring road (Boulevard Masson/Boulevard Kennedy, etc.), best reached from the autoroute exiting at Sortie 23/23bis. Please note that north is to the right of this map.

The conference will take place at the Grands Amphitheatres at Avenue du Champ de Mars (number 8 on the overview above).

It is walking distance from Best Western Hotel Lido and the other hotels in downtown Mons.

The University of Mons and EMRF have blocked a number of rooms in several hotel in Mons and its vicinity. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel of your choice.

The earlier you make your room reservation, the more likely you are (a) to get a good price within the conference quota, and (b) to get a room at all.
