Registration and Hotel Reservation

Online:

To register online, just send an e-mail to Travel Concept. The mail must contain the information required in the Registration Form (i.e., please give your complete name, address, telephone number and state whether you want to reserve a double or a single room. In case of a scientific presentation, submit an authors list and the title of the presentation before 15 April 2008). Please pay your deposit as mentioned below ("Terms and Payment").

By mail or telefax:

Print out the Registration Form and send or fax your registration to the address or telefax number of Travel Concept. Please pay your deposit as mentioned below ("Terms and Payment").

If sending your registration by mail or fax, please print all information clearly.

Terms and Payment

Payment: Please pay the respective registration fee and a hotel deposit of € 300 with your registration.

Cancellation policy: If participation is cancelled before 10 February, 20% of the conference package fee will be charged; before 10 March, 30% of the conference package fee; before 1 April, 70% of the conference package fee; afterwards 100% of the conference package and registration fees.
