Contrast

Contrast is the most important parameter you want to boost – or enhance – in medical imaging. Without contrast there is no diagnosis. In nature, it might be the contrary. It's to be seen in magnetic resonance imaging, but not to be seen in animal life: mimicry is more important than contrast.
